Обязанности:

Overall responsibility for all it infrastructure support delivered projects and services (performance, financials, quality, deadlines)
Responsible for the operational support and service provisioning in a strong accordance to sla metrics and kpis
Escalation management (internal & external) in critical projects & situations; define, implement & track back-to-green plans
Drive presale initiatives within atos service framework, participation in proposals preparation as solution model approver
Participation at it infrastructure service product line development
Drive improvement initiatives within operations support community & overseen projects / services (performance, additional business, optimization, margin improvement)
Optimize and ensure the efficient use of resources (people, facilities, time, financial)
Profit & lost analysis for it infrastructure support division
Manage & develop direct reports (up to 20 persons)
Quality in the projects:
Ensure that projects are delivered within slas
Ensure that projects fulfill the kpis
Ensure customer satisfaction
Projects profitability and growth:
Ensures that the projects are profitable
Ensures that project business growth opportunities are enhanced and exploit

Требования:

Russian – native speaker
English – business fluent
At least 3years in it division management or it unit management
At least 6 years in it
